USB-C Docking Station Turns Your Handheld Gaming Console into a Desktop Gaming PC

This USB-C dock with PD charging expands the potential of your Steam Deck or ASUS ROG Ally. Just insert your game console into the docking station's cradle, and connect the dock's built-in USB-C cable to your handheld's USB-C port. You can now experience handheld gaming on a large 4K screen, connect a keyboard and mouse, transfer data to external storage, join a wired Gigabit Ethernet network and charge your gaming console to maximum power.

: The U442-DOCKSD-1 is not compatible with Nintendo Switch because the Switch's USB-C input is on the bottom of the unit.

Transmits 4K Video with HDR and 4:4:4 Color

The HDMI port supports Ultra HD 4K resolutions up to 3840 x 2160 at 60 Hz with 36-bit Deep Color for gameplay on a large monitor. The U442-DOCKSD-1 supports HDR (High Dynamic Range), providing a wide range of vibrant colors with richer contrast, brighter whites and deeper blacks that pop on your 4K display. This dock also supports uncompressed 4:4:4 chroma subsampling for top-level PC gaming.

PD Charging Port Supports up to 100W for Rapid Syncing and Charging

The Power Delivery port provides power output up to 20V 5A (100W), which is sufficient for fast-charging your Steam Deck or ROG Ally when not in use. Connect a user-provided USB-C charging cable (sold separately) between the USB-C PD charging port and a compatible USB-C PD charger.

: The USB-C charger (power supply) that connects to this USB-C docking station must be certified for safety (UL/CSA/IEC/EN 62368-1) for the region in which the device will be used.

USB Ports Connect Keyboards, Thumb Drives and Other Peripherals

One USB-C and one USB-A hub port accept USB peripherals, such as external storage drives, mice and keyboards. They support USB 3.2 Gen 1 data transfer rates up to 5 Gbps (10 times faster than USB 2.0) and are backward compatible with USB 2.0 and USB 1.1 devices.

Accesses a Wired Gigabit Ethernet Network

The RJ45 port offers access to a Gigabit Ethernet network when Wi-Fi is unavailable or when a wired connection offers faster speeds. Connect using a UTP cable (sold separately), and enjoy true 10/100/1000 Mbps Ethernet speeds for fast lag-free gaming.
