Service is available from 6 am to 12 am Mountain time, (Monday - Friday), excluding holidays.
Next business day Priority AM (10:30 am) hardware exchange. If the issue cannot be resolved remotely, HP will replace the nonfunctioning product with a new or equivalent-to-new one.
HP supplies packaging, instructions for return and pays shipping both ways.
Support and issue diagnosis from a highly experienced HP technician for installation, product configuration, wireless, networking and problem resolution.
Access to web-based diagnostic tools.
Enhanced service features begin on the date of hardware purchase and are provided for the entire 4 years of coverage. If your product is replaced, the contract is transferred to the replacement product for the remainder of the 4 years of coverage.
