As SHI's Director of Southeast Public Sector Sales, Michael Bench manages a team of 14 reps across the Southeast supporting state, local, and education accounts in 4 states.
Michael joined SHI in 1999 as an Inside Sales Rep. After supporting Public Sector accounts for nine months, he advanced to an Outside Sales role to support the state of Florida. Since then he has worked to help SHI become a top IT partner to customers across the Southeast.
Michael graduated from DeSales University with a B.S. in Criminal Psychology.
Bob Burke is the Regional Sales Director in the Western United States for SHI Corporate. He reports directly to Hal Jagger and is responsible for managing SHI's overall sales efforts to organizations of up to 5,000 desktops in the Western United States.
Before joining SHI in 2008, Bob worked at Softchoice for 6.5 years. At the time of his departure, he served as Softchoice's District Manager throughout Ohio, Indiana and Nashville, TN.
Bob graduated from Miami University in OH with degrees in both MIS and Marketing. He is an active supporter of Habitat for Humanity.
Pete Carufe is the Senior Director for SHI's Commercial Enterprise market and is responsible for securing new business, building customer loyalty, and developing strong relationships with SHI's strategic business partners. Working from SHI's Chicago office, Pete synchronizes the efforts of Account Executives both in the field and within corporate headquarters, as well as the technicians working at SHI's Integration Center. His overall goal is to help deliver a seamless software, hardware, and professional services solution to SHI's customers.
In his free time, Pete lends valuable insight and feedback used in the expansion of SHI's territory development, team training, solution selling strategies, and tactical market positioning.
Pete received a B.S. from St. John's University in Queens, NY in 1990 and has been with SHI since 1995.
Ryan Cox is the Regional Director of Corporate Sales for the West Region. He is responsible for a team of field account executives across the Pacific North West, including Las Vegas, Los Angeles, Phoenix, San Diego and Seattle.
Ryan joined SHI in 2009 as an Inside Account Executive and progressed into various roles, including Account Executive Development Managerand Corporate Field Sales Consultant.
Ryan graduated from the University of Oklahoma with a B.A. in Communications.
As an Enterprise Account Director, Anthony DeStefano oversees a sales team that provides ongoing account management and development for the largest Information Technology Services company in the world. Working closely with SHI's original customer and longest-standing partner, Anthony leads a team of Account Executives that support this clients' sales representatives, managers, software developers and outsourcers in over 60 countries across the globe.
Anthony joined SHI in 1992 when he was hired as an Inside Sales Representative supporting Enterprise Accounts. Anthony graduated with a B.A. in Finance and International Studies from The Richard Stockton College of New Jersey.
Frank DiIusto is the Regional Sales Director of the Northeastern United States. Frank is responsible for managing SHI’s overall sales efforts to organizations of up to 5,000 desktops in New York City, New Jersey, New England and the Greater Pennsylvania region.
After graduating with a bachelor’s degree in accounting from Kean University, Frank joined SHI's accounts receivable department in 1995.
As an Enterprise Account Director, Jim Fogo manages overall client relationships with SHI partners in the financial and healthcare services industries. He oversees a nationwide team of Account Executives and Inside Sales Representatives that support three of the six largest banks in the United States, as well as one of the largest managed healthcare and insurance companies in the country.
Before joining SHI in 1995, Jim started in government sales before becoming the Northern California District Sales Manager for Egghead Software. He holds a Bachelor's degree from The Ohio University.
Ryan Ford is the Regional Sales Director for the South Region for SHI Corporate and supports sales efforts in a 12 state territory. Prior to this role, he served as Director of Inside Sales, Field Director for the South Region, and Senior Director of Marketing and Sales Operations.
Ryan joined SHI in 2008 from Softchoice, where he worked for eight years to develop the sales territories of North and Central Texas. Responsible for all marketing and sales activities in those territories, Ryan eventually opened the Austin arm of the Toronto-based direct marketer.
After studying in Spain and Mexico, Ryan received a B.B.A. in Finance and a B.A. in Spanish from the University of Texas in Austin.
Eric Guthrie is the General Manager of Corporate Outside Sales and is responsible for managing SHI's overall sales efforts to organizations of up to 5,000 desktops in the US and Canada.
Eric joined SHI in 2010 after working for Softchoice for eight years in a variety of sales and sales leadership roles where he received numerous awards for his contributions to the business.
Eric graduated from The University of Georgia with a B.S. in Marketing and is an active volunteer with the Northside Youth Organization, Golden Retriever Rescue, and Habitat for Humanity.
Keith Joseph is the General Manager of Corporate Inside Sales.
Keith joined SHI in 2008 after working for CDW for 10 years. At the time of his departure, he served as CDW's Northeast District Sales Manager.
Since receiving a B.A. in Telecommunications and Business Administration from Indiana University, Keith has been an active supporter of the non-profit groups Habitat for Humanity and Big Brothers, Big Sisters of Chicago.
Michael Kushner founded and leads SHI's Procurement-as-a-Service practice, a group focused on providing customized procurement solutions to address the challenges of non-strategic, tail-end spend. His team helps customers free up internal resources so that they can focus on their strategic suppliers, improve their contract terms and save money.
Michael joined SHI in 1996 when he was hired as an inside sales representative. Soon after, he began working in outside sales and then spent 13 years as a director in SHI’s Strategic Account business segment.
Michael graduated from Rutgers University with degrees in English and Psychology.
Joseph Negron is the Commercial Enterprise Sales Director for the Central United States. Focused on the continued growth and development of the region's account executives, Joe is also responsible for the region's alignment with SHI's leading technology partners in the commercial space.
Joe joined SHI in 2002 and has over 17 years of experience working in the IT Solutions industry. In his tenure with SHI, Joe has spent 10+ years designing and executing engagement strategies to attract, support and grow SHI's market share with some of SHI largest customers.
Joe graduated from the University of Illinois with a BS from the College of Applied Health Sciences.
Scott Rember is the Regional Sales Director in the Central United States for SHI Corporate. He reports directly to Hal Jagger and is responsible for managing SHI's overall sales effort to organizations of up to 5,000 desktops in the Central US.
Scott joined SHI in 2010 after working for CDW for nine years. At the time of his departure, he served as CDW's Southeast State and Local District Manager.
Since receiving a B.A. in MIS for Business from Cardinal Stritch University, Scott has been an active supporter of the non-profit groups Habitat for Humanity and Open Studio Project.
Ryan Sheehan is the General Manager of the Advanced Solutions Group. He reports directly to Hal Jagger and is responsible for data center solution sales and overall technical enablement for SHI's Corporate and Commercial sales teams.
Ryan joined SHI in 2009 from Softchoice, where he received numerous awards for his contributions to the business over his four year tenure. Prior to Softchoice, Ryan spent nearly ten years in IT leadership for a dynamic financial services company in Austin, TX.
Ryan received a B.S. in Electronic Engineering Technology, is actively involved in STARRY Foster Care, and enjoys volunteering in his local community.
Patsy Swanson is the Country Manager for SHI Canada, and has responsibilities for the overall growth and success for the country reporting directly to Hal Jagger. She leads a group of Account Executives across the country supporting the largest Canadian Enterprise customers down to mid-sized Corporate customers as well as Public Sector clients in a variety of provinces. Patsy has been with SHI since 2006 as an Account Executive previously responsible for Public Sector and Enterprise Accounts with locations throughout Canada and the globe. She has been in the industry for over 20 years previously working for ASAP Software and Tech Data in a variety of roles.
Patsy is a Computer Programming graduate of Seneca College in Toronto.
Phil Wilhelm is the Senior Director of Territory Sales and is dedicated to the successful (record-setting) growth of SHI's Corporate Division. He reports directly to Hal Jagger and leads a talented group of professionals that deliver SHI's Learning and Development program to over 800 (and growing) sales reps. He also leads a dedicated group of professionals in Austin, Texas that bring the SHI Core Competencies to life so that our customers can strike the right balance of maintaining the day-to-day responsibilities along with driving innovation in their environment.
In addition to his role as Director of Software Sales from 2010 to 2012, Phil led the learning and development efforts at SHI for the past two years. He was integral in the development of SHI's go-to-market and corporate communication strategies.
Phil received his B.B.A. in Accounting and Masters in Professional Accounting from the University of Texas in Austin. He is also an active participant and supporter of the Catholic Diocese of Austin, Texas.
