As SHI's Director of Southeast Public Sector Sales, Michael manages a team of 14 reps across the Southeast supporting state, local, and education accounts in 4 states. Michael joined SHI in 1999 as an Inside Sales Rep. After supporting Public Sector accounts for nine months, he advanced to an Outside Sales role to support the state of Florida. Since then he has worked to help SHI become a top IT partner to customers across the Southeast. Michael graduated from DeSales University with a B.S. in Criminal Psychology.
Pete Carufe is the Senior Director for SHI's Commercial Enterprise market and is responsible for securing new business, building customer loyalty, and developing strong relationships with SHI's strategic business partners. Working from SHI's Chicago office, Pete synchronizes the efforts of Account Executives both in the field and within corporate headquarters, as well as the technicians working at SHI's Integration Center. His overall goal is to help deliver a seamless software, hardware, and professional services solution to SHI's customers.
In his free time, Pete lends valuable insight and feedback used in the expansion of SHI's territory development, team training, solution selling strategies, and tactical market positioning.
Pete received a B.S. from St. John's University in Queens, NY in 1990 and has been with SHI since 1995.
As an Enterprise Account Director, Anthony DeStefano oversees a sales team that provides ongoing account management and development for the largest Information Technology Services company in the world. Working closely with SHI's original customer and longest-standing partner, Anthony leads a team of Account Executives that support this clients' sales representatives, managers, software developers and outsourcers in over 60 countries across the globe.
Anthony joined SHI in 1992 when he was hired as an Inside Sales Representative supporting Enterprise Accounts. Anthony graduated with a B.A. in Finance and International Studies from The Richard Stockton College of New Jersey.
Frank DiIusto is the Director of the SHI Inside Sales teams who support the business of Enterprise Account Executives. Reporting to Al Fitzgerald, Frank leads a world-class sales organization that delivers an exceptional pre- and post-sales customer support experience to some of the largest and most complex IT organizations in the world. Working from SHI Headquarters in N.J., SHI's Enterprise ISR's provide dedicated customer service and end-to-end management of the software, hardware and professional services transactions of customers in the Fortune 1000 and beyond.
After graduating with a B.S. in Accounting from Kean University, Frank joined SHI's Accounts Receivable Department in 1995. He was promoted to Accounts Receivable manager, reporting to Paul Ng and Akif Nizam.
As an Enterprise Account Director, Jim Fogo manages overall client relationships with SHI partners in the financial and healthcare services industries. He oversees a nationwide team of Account Executives and Inside Sales Representatives that support three of the six largest banks in the United States, as well as one of the largest managed healthcare and insurance companies in the country.
Before joining SHI in 1995, Jim started in government sales before becoming the Northern California District Sales Manager for Egghead Software. He holds a Bachelor's degree from The Ohio University.
Ryan is the Senior Director of Marketing and Sales Operations for SHI Corporate and is responsible for vendor strategy, sales operations, and learning and development. Prior to this role, he served as Director of Inside Sales and Field Director for the South Region.
Ryan joined SHI in 2008 from Softchoice, where he worked for eight years to develop the sales territories of North and Central Texas. Responsible for all marketing and sales activities in those territories, Ryan eventually opened the Austin arm of the Toronto-based direct marketer.
After studying in Spain and Mexico, Ryan received a B.B.A. in Finance and a B.A. in Spanish from the University of Texas in Austin.
Katie is SHI's Senior Director of Public Sector Sales. Working closely with the Account Executives and Inside Sales teams that support SHI's academic and government customers, Katie drives new business development by leveraging applicable state and federal contracts, creating joint marketing campaigns, and sharing best-practices with customer and partners throughout this vertical.
Katie started at SHI as an Inside Sales Rep in 1995 supporting government and academic organizations in Texas and was promoted to the position of Public Sector Software Licensing Manager. She eventually moved to Austin to support East Texas local and academic customers until 2003, when she returned to SHI's New Jersey headquarters to manage SHI's support of Public Sector customers.
Before joining SHI, Katie worked in business development for the Pollack Group, a New Jersey-based advertising firm. She graduated with High Honors from Rutgers University with a B.A. in Communications, Information, and Library Sciences.
Darron is the Regional Sales Director for SHI's Public Sector Sales Organization in the South Central Region of the United States. He supports the Account Executives responsible for SHI's government and academic business across seven states.
Darron is a native Texan and currently lives in Austin, TX. He joined SHI in 1995 as an Account Executive responsible for a small sales territory in Central and South Texas. Since that time, he has focused on establishing SHI's presence as a leading provider of IT solutions for public sector customers in Texas and throughout the US.
Darron received a B.A. in Geography and Urban Planning from Southwest Texas State University. Prior to joining SHI, Darron was an Account Executive for CompUSA and CompuAdd Computer Corporation.
Eric is the Regional Sales Director in the Southern United States for SHI Corporate. He reports directly to Hal Jagger and is responsible for managing SHI's overall sales efforts to organizations of up to 5,000 desktops in the Southern US.
Eric joined SHI in 2010 after working for Softchoice for the previous eight years in a variety of sales and sales leadership roles where he received numerous awards for his contributions to the business.
Eric graduated from The University of Georgia with a B.S. in Marketing and is an active volunteer with the Northside Youth Organization, Golden Retriever Rescue, and Habitat for Humanity.
Dave Hardy is responsible for providing overall sales leadership delivering professional services solutions to SHI's most complex Enterprise customers. Leveraging 28 years of experience in IT solutions sales, Dave orchestrates the necessary resources, technologies and methodologies that impart value to the business drivers and challenges of each company.
Dave comes to SHI from Hewlett-Packard where he held sales and sales management positions of increasing responsibility. His final position was as a Global Client Business Manager supporting the strategic business initiatives of some of HP's largest customers.
Teams under Dave's direction have assisted some enterprise organizations in implementing global desktop outsourcing agreements and world-wide deployments of both SAP and enterprise IT management solutions.
Keith is the General Manager of Corporate Sales.
Keith joined SHI in 2008 after working for CDW for ten years. At the time of his departure, he served as CDW's Northeast District Sales Manager.
Since receiving a B.A. in Telecommunications and Business Administration from Indiana University, Keith has been an active supporter of the non-profit groups Habitat for Humanity and Big Brothers, Big Sisters of Chicago.
Michael Kushner leads SHI's Business Development Team, a group designed to identify, pursue and support expanding opportunities for partnership with those Fortune 500 enterprises in which SHI does not yet have a presence. His team of Account Executives and Inside Sales Representatives are currently expanding partnerships with the household names of the automotive, IT professional services, chemical and personal products industries.
Michael started his sales career at SHI in 1996 when he was hired as an Inside Sales Representative. He was soon promoted to Outside Sales and tasked with developing corporate accounts in Northern New Jersey before moving on to help create SHI's Business Development Team.
Michael graduated from Rutgers University with degrees in English and Psychology.
Rich comes to SHI from HP where he was the Account General Manager for one of the largest Internet Service Providers/Entertainment companies on the globe.
Rich's 32-year IT career continues at SHI where he currently manages the Cloud Solutions Organization.
Scott is the Regional Sales Director in the Central United States for SHI Corporate. He reports directly to Hal Jagger and is responsible for managing SHI's overall sales effort to organizations of up to 5,000 desktops in the Central US.
Scott joined SHI in 2010 after working for CDW for 9 years. At the time of his departure, he served as CDW's Southeast State and Local District Manager.
Since receiving a B.A. in MIS for Business from Cardinal Stritch University, Scott has been an active supporter of the non-profit groups Habitat for Humanity and Open Studio Project.
Mike is the Regional Sales Director in the Eastern United States for the SHI Corporate Sales Organization. He reports directly to Hal Jagger and is responsible for managing SHI's overall sales effort to organizations of up to 5,000 desktops in the Eastern United States. His territory starts in Virginia and aligns with the Coastal states up to Maine.
Mike joined SHI in 2003 after working for Softchoice and Xerox for the previous 10 years.
Mike attended Old Dominion University and received his B.S. in Business Administration from California University. Mike is an avid pilot and supports the local YMCA "We Build People" Program in Hampton Roads.
Michael is SHI Corporate's Senior Regional Sales Director for the Western United States. He reports directly to Hal Jagger and is responsible for managing SHI's overall sales efforts to organizations of up to 5,000 desktops in the Western US. Michael oversees district offices in Austin, Dallas, Denver, Phoenix, San Diego, Los Angeles, San Francisco, and Seattle.
Michael joined SHI from Dell, where he excelled for 13 years in a variety of sales and marketing leadership roles and received numerous awards for his contributions to the business.
Michael received a B.S. from Texas Tech University and an MBA from St. Edwards University in Austin. He is also a board member of the Coastal Conservation Association - Austin chapter.
Ryan is the Director of Sales for the Advanced Solutions Group in the United States and Canada. He reports directly to Hal Jagger and is responsible for data center solution sales and overall technical enablement for SHI's Corporate and Commercial sales teams.
Ryan joined SHI in 2009 from Softchoice, where he received numerous awards for his contributions to the business over his four year tenure. Prior to Softchoice, Ryan spent nearly ten years in IT leadership for a dynamic financial services company in Austin, TX.
Ryan received a B.S. in Electronic Engineering Technology, is actively involved in STARRY Foster Care, and enjoys volunteering in his local community.
Jeff is the Director of Sales for the SHI Corporate Sales Organization in Canada. He reports directly to Hal Jagger and is responsible for managing SHI's overall Canadian sales effort, with oversight of all commercial sales and partner management personnel.
Jeff joined SHI in 2008, where he served in a variety of sales & sales leadership functions. Prior to that, Jeff spent time at Dell supporting their SMB division.
Originally from Austin, TX, Jeff graduated from Texas Tech University with a B.B.A in Business Management and was an active member of the Austin Film Society & Habitat for Humanity. He is an avid supporter of live music, arts & entertainment.
Prior to joining SHI, Rich was the Senior Vice President and Corporate CIO at the Walt Disney Company in Burbank, CA. Rich was responsible for the support of Disney Corporate, which included Brand Management, Finance, Human Resources, Legal, and other corporate functions across all of Disney’s many lines of business.
Rich also served as the head of Enterprise Architecture and IT Standards at the General Motors Corporation where he initiated and lead IT programs in Enterprise Architecture, Digital Identity Management and developed and implemented the company wide governance process for IT Standards and Architecture.
Phil is the Director of SHI's Inside Sales Account Managers (ISAMs) who support customers with up to 5,000 desktops. He reports directly to Hal Jagger and leads a dedicated group of ISAMs in Austin, Texas.
In addition to his role as Director of Software Sales from 2010 to 2012, Phil led the learning and development efforts at SHI for the past two years. He was integral in the development of SHI's go-to-market and corporate communication strategies.
Phil joined SHI in 2009 after a very successful career with Softchoice as an Account Executive in Houston, TX. Prior to joining Softchoice, Phil spent three years working as a Certified Public Accountant specializing in International Tax & Compliance with Arthur Andersen. He also spent five years working in all facets of financial commodities (accounting, risk management, analysis, trading, and strategy development) at Koch Capital Markets, a Houston-based hedge fund.
Phil received his B.B.A. in Accounting and Masters in Professional Accounting from the University of Texas in Austin. He is also an active participant and supporter of the Catholic Diocese of Austin, Texas.
