Ordering Process
Products are ordered from SHI as they are to be installed.
These are licenses only – no product ships – this is a non receivable. Please advise if you require a confirmation, but the invoice would be sufficient.

Upgrade Advantage
Upgrade Advantage gives you the rights to run all upgrades and updates to the product for the term of the contract. You will only be required to purchase a media kit to install on the systems which you have purchased the upgrade advantage on.
Reporting to Microsoft
SHI reports to Microsoft on a monthly basis the usage for the State. If you would like a report of your purchased – please contact Barb West or Matt Rosen
Media and Doc
Since this is licenses only – if you require media or documentation, they must be purchased as a separate line item on the order.
Proof of Acquisition
License Confirmations for all units ordered will be issued once per month by Microsoft to OITM.
