Minimum Intitial Purchase

Contract Term
Two Year contract – Expires April 2000
Price Level
Level B – 38% discount.
Paperwork Required
Each Agency who wishes to order off the CLA is required to fill out a Membership Form and send two originals to SHI headquarters.
Ordering
Products are ordered from SHI as they are to be installed.
These are licenses only – no product ships – this is a non receivable. Please advise if you require a confirmation, but the invoice would be sufficient.

There is a $500 list minimum on re-orders.
Upgrade Protection
Upgrade Protection entitles you to upgrades and updates for the products you purchased.
If you purchase Upgrade Protection on new purchases of a product, you are required to put the existing installed base on Upgrade Protection as well.
One you elect to put a product under Up Pro you must put it for all future purchases under it.
Reporting
SHI reports to Novell the total activities for the state, by membership.
Media and Documentation
All orders over $5000 will receive a free software master. If it is under $5000 or if additional kits are needed, they must be purchased as a separate line item on the order.
Proof of Acquisition
Invoices are sufficient proof of ownership.
