implementation process for publisher licensing programs that provides seamless
integration into each customer's procurement process and provides the most comprehensive set

- Assessment
Our Account Executives have vast experience and resources to evaluate our customers’ existing systems and application environments to provide analysis of the ideal Volume Licensing Program (VLP), specific to each organization. An understanding of our customers’ standards and future directions are used to leverage the existing licensebase, future roll-outs, competitive upgrades and maintenance.
- Education Distribution
SHI's dedicated account teams coordinate with the manufacturer licensing representatives and our customer's implementation teams to educate end-users on the chosen VLP. Distribution is completed through a transition program for new or replacement products and proprietary system for installation within the tracking and purchasing requirements of each customer's agreement.
- Order Processing and License Tracking
SHI
establishes customer specific SKU's for each product in the customer's licensing agreement, allowing utilization of asset management features in our order entry system. Our customized system supports tracking of multiple VLP's for all customers.
- Reporting Program Performance
Based on our reporting
excellence, SHI is the most effective licensing provider in the
industry. All of our reporting, whether customer driven or
manufacturer driven, is customizable to allow for best management
and performance analysis. Ultimate program performance is
maintained through ongoing evaluation of usage in relation to the
program’s initial commitment level. SHI will initiate negotiations
to establish greater discounts if original forecasts are
exceeded.
